• Retain Data Indefinitely: We delete your information when you cancel your subscription (with limited exceptions noted below)

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Active Subscribers: We retain your information while your subscription is active
• Cancelled Accounts: We delete your personal information (name, email, phone, address) within 30 days of cancellation
• Utility Data: Your PPL account number and usage estimates are deleted upon cancellation

Opt Out of Email Alerts

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it will remove you from our mailing list while keeping your account active (though you'll miss rate alerts).

Opt Out of Google Analytics

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

No Selling, No Targeting Ads

We do not engage in the sale of personal information under the definition of laws like CCPA. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

Our service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
